Driven by curiosity and a desire to understand creation and expression,  “Les Criatures” weaves personal memories, cultural heritage, organic and repurposed material, and scientific exploration into a narrative celebrating the intricate relationships between nature and humanity.

The fascination with the Ceiba Speciosa tree, or El Árbol Borracho, stems from my childhood in Buenos Aires., intertwines the significance of the tree and its sound vibrations with delicate Ñandutí lacemaking and the physicality of ceiba silk cotton. Together, these elements breathe life into creatures who represent a profound connection between form, sound, and cultural identity.
